► Test Architect role - responsible for end-to-end integration test strategy for newly created product
- Cooperation with Software Architecture Team in planning test approach
- Coordination of 7 teams (each having multiple testers assigned), including 3 overseas ones (20+ testers in total)
- Identifying testing risks
- Working in very tight timeframe
- Planning preparation of integration test beds (systems) - one on site, two overseas
- On site test bed (system) of this size was the very first one prepared in local R&D center. System was created using spare and unused equipment allowing great reduction of integration costs. Having local system allowed reduction of travel costs
- Number of defects found was much higher than predicted by experienced Release Manager

► Took over coordination of test team on product level (one team).
- Responsible for planning tests timeline for multiple releases
- Planning test strategy
- Tester's assignments (up to 5 testers)
- Maintaining test team strategy and tools roadmap
- Coordination of test priorities
- Assuring to have software properly tested before delivery
- Constantly increasing defect found ratio
- Achieved one of the best defects found ratio among comparable teams - close to company's sky-high goal.
- Planing integration tests with other teams, including overseas ones
- Awarded (cash prize) for planning and execution sub-system integration tests that found a "stop-ship" performance defect before sending a software to the customer

► Working as a software developer - writing software in accordance to requirements:
- Coding in C++
- Coding in Java
- Unit testing - jUnit, CppUnit
- Designing setup procedures in Install Shield
- Holding formal reviews of software
- Requirements creation
- Taking part in software integration on system level
