Responsible for whole Airbag ECU software project for American market vehicle.
Ensuring following internal software process based on Automotive SPICE. Preparing project schedule, and ensuring that internal and customer milestones are meet using given resources. Management of team activities: change requests, issue investigation and actions including assignment, support and verification. Gathering and analyzing customer requirements, acting as customer contact person. Verification of requirements vs. capability. Performing all releases (internal, customer sample, production) with critical parameters analyzes, quality metrics, test results review and release notes.
Supporting other groups like: hardware, system testing, algorithm and production in their activities.
Additionally responsible for system configuration and software engineering tasks like implementing change requests (coding in C language, documenting, reviewing), investigating issues and taking corrective actions.

DEV: Development of electronic lamp ballasts: topology (switch mode power supplies) and components selection, approbation & verification tests, defining test procedures, preparing and releasing development and production documentation.
NPI: Introduction of new electronic ballasts to the market (start of production), reviewing development documentation, preparing and releasing production documentation, execution of engineering sample series and samples verification.
I was responsible for introduction of new generation of HID lamps controls: GreenVision, communication with process engineers and analyzing their reports regarding the product.
