- Daily and timely administration of pensions and retirements for UK clients
- Provide day-to-day administration on all 'in- scope' activities and processes: DB retirement quotes and settlements; current value statements and annuity notifications
- Servicing clients requests according to agreed procedures
- Quality control, risks and escalations
- Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions
- Follow the agreed change management process and implement the changes to the process documentation
