- purchase process coordination and supervision

- creating developing plans for Purchase Dept.

-production components purchasing and orders coordination
-preparing cycling supplier delivery performance and participation in supplier evaluation (cooperation with category managers)
-management and verification of production components on operational level
-overall cooperation with suppliers from Far East and Europe and foreign company divisions
-supervision of VMI / POC components deliveries
-transport costs optimisation

Gasoil Dept (2007-2008):
-gas oil purchase and freight coordination (from loading into discharge port, documents supervision for customs clearance purposes)
-overall contact with East-, West European suppliers
-logistic coordination of vessel discharge in Gdańsk and Szczecin Area

Wine Dept (2008-2010):
-wine purchase from New World and European Winneries/Distributors - purchase negotiations, overall contact with suppliers, market penetration, new wines introduction with sales team cooperation
-practice knowledge of customs regulations for foreign trade (excise products procedures, banderoles),
-coordination of loading, transport (sea-, road-) and discharge (with customs clearance supervision)
