Supply Chain Analyst
Key accountabilities:
- Collection, processing and analysis of supply chain issues in collaboration with people involved in the process at the headquarters of the Selena Group.
- Cost analysis of Supply Chain.
- Analysis of operational and costing processes in the area of transport and distribution of the Group.
- Supervision of key KPIs in the SCM area.
- Supporting other departments like Master Data, CS with basic tasks.

Transportation Coordinator
Key accountabilities in my position:
- Achieve agreed delivery commitment to customers, whilst remaining aligned with the cost reduction goals of the department.
- Support the continuous and efficient operations of IP Customer Service and Mills Warehouse Department.
- Plan loads and dispatch data in the internal system, ensuring accuracy of data and timelines; schedule and monitor all dispatches for Mills and DC’s Europe.
- Ensure an effective information flow between external customers, Customer Service, Paper Mill Warehouse and Transport Service Providers.
- Resposibility for 6 markets, it is Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Great Britain, Poland. Supporting as well other markets like Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands.
