• Creating and conducting the job trainings for sales department
• Recruiting employees to sales department
• Executing yearly appraisals for mangers employed in sales department
• Monitoring scheduling and payroll
• Analyzing and giving comments for the P&L rapport
• Executing the marketing plan provided by Brand Manager
• Monitoring and up-to-dating, if necessary, the hotel’s web pages

• Developing the new concept of wedding advertising in conjunction with Event Specialist.
• Supervising monthly new concept of marketing strategy called “Chef’s table”.
