Senior HR Specialist/Starszy Specjalista ds. Personalnych
•Additional role of the Focal Point for Poland: assigning tasks to team members, updating Personnel Administration procedures, creating checklists for team members for various processes; coordinating monthly calls with Payroll teams
•Handling personnel administration for the whole employee lifecycle (hiring to termination)
•Preparing employment documents (e.g. contracts, contract addendums, civil contracts, dismissal notices etc)
•Creating and maintaining employee records in SAP HCM
•Running SAP reports
•Conducting data integrity checks between SAP and local payroll systems
•Providing advice to employees and mangers on Polish labour law, internal HR procedures and HR policies
•Cooperation with Pre-payroll and Payroll Team to ensure the smooth flow of payroll cycle
•Conducting internal trainings for team members on Polish Labour Law and HR procedures
•Conducting trainings for employees on the usage of HR systems and on implementation of new HR processes
•Working with SAP HCM, SAP E-recruiting, EIC
