Team Coordinator position:
•Workload coordination (assigning roles, distributing additional tasks)
•People management: conducting 121 and team meetings, taking part in performance reviews and recruitment meetings (together with the Manager), handling escalations, absence management
•Training new team members
•Reporting (gathering weekly team’s results, preparing quarterly reports, ad-hoc reporting)

Managing candidates throughout initial screening, telephone interview stage, shortlisting
and scheduling for final assessments; handling candidates queries throughout the process
• Proactive sourcing of candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews (in Polish and English),
