-Establishing with Management Board Publishing Policy of the company
-Acquisition within Home Entertainment, Publishing, Merchandise, Television, VoD (ALL NEW MEDIA) or other required fields of exploitation for polish territory
-Exploitation and sale of licensed properties among company’s key strategic costumers in the meaning of the cooperation with major polish based Publishing Houses on possessed portfolio. The cooperation regards to wide range of animated projects (i.e. multimedia collection, DVD collections, cover mounts,etc.)
-Running of distribution policy of the licensed brands- building marketing strategy, planning the release schedule (always in cooperation with local TV broadcasters), defining all production and post-production figures (e.g. graphic projects, from PPD to SRP, quantities, distribution channels, proper visualization of POS, etc.)
-Maintaining the long-term cooperation with International Licensors
-Co-creation of extension project for Eastern markets – Czech Republic and Slovakia. Preparation of the launch including widen of actual licenses, new acquisition, trade negotiations, external research to define the local characteristic features of Home Entertainment market
-Representing the company at all major trade shows; MIPCOM, MIPTV, DISCOP, Annecy, Bologna Children’s Book Fair, LFCEE, World Content Market
-Supervising the team responsible for sell through and kiosk distribution
-Working on rising company’s brand awareness and position on the market among preschool key players, focusing on carefully selected children titles
