Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day administration of stock and cash accounts of selected investment funds being under the company’s custody supported by the subcustodian – Citibank:

Daily settled and failing trades reporting provided to funds managers located in Europe
Providing updates on trades on clients’ demand, monitoring failing trades
Cooperating with fund accounting teams: clearing cash and stock breaks, providing updates on corporate actions, missing payments, dividends, interests, maturities, etc.
Cooperating with the Operations team in Philadelphia: crosschecking blotters with matched trades, sending payments requests, trades, repos tickets, amendment and cancellation requests, fx’es requests
Amending and instructing trades and payments via swift in case of urgency
Daily monitoring cash accounts, preventing negative balances, swiping or fx’ing income payments
Monitoring maturity payments for liquidity funds
Reporting breaches of funds to the Trustee
Acting as the first point of contact for the clients

Key Achievements:

Regaining trust and satisfaction of one of the main clients in newly created global custody team in Dublin.
Building up trust and successful relationships with new clienets expressed by those clients to the senior management of the global custody team
Providing successful training to the new member sof the global custody team
