- Supervising the company’s operational branches, located in the UK, Turkey and Poland.
- Managing a team of coordinators and auditors located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- Creating methodologies and procedures in respect of individual audit programs and clients.
- Streamlining existing procedures. Training coordinators and auditors in each area.
- Supporting the department’s operations and processes in the performance of implemented
programs.
- Ongoing collaboration with regional leaders across all regions (including Asia and Americas)
- Managing clients’ global CSR programs and strategies. Focusing on the development of the program
portfolio. Identifying new projects. Assisting in defining the purpose, scope and schedule of programs.
- Managing key clients located in the EMEA region (large global brands, including from the textile, footwear, home accessories toys and other consumer products).
- Providing technical support to clients in building a dedicated program and implementing the project.
- Defining key KPIs and reviewing compliance with set objectives. Implementing corrective action in
managed areas.
- Reviewing audits and ensuring they are of requisite quality and comply with national regulations and laws.
- Representing Bureau Veritas at meetings with senior management and international professional
organisations, including Sedex and BSCI.
- Organising and participating in regular training sessions, seminars and meetings with associated departments and customers.
- Personally performing audits (ETI, SMETA, Code of Conduct) as an auditor as part of previous roles / when required
