- Maintaining of vendor data;
- Responding to queries from internal and external clients, employees as AP Help Desk;
- Nostro accounts reconciliation in the Intellimatch system on a monthly basis
- Reporting on a daily, monthly, ad hoc basis;
- Deployment of procurement process;
- Managing of corporate credit cards;
- Managing of intranet site and HR time tracker system;
- Conducting trainings for new employees;
