• Managing team that deals with recruitment and employer branding and marketing
• Sourcing candidates from Poland and all around Europe for all sites within company: Java, .Net, PHP Developers, Operations Engineers, System Administrators, Scrum Masters, Testers, Project Managers, Security Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Consultants, Technical Architects,
• Leading phone and face to face interviews – checking technical knowledge of IT specialists, CV screenings,
• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment, relocation, induction process,
• Employer Branding, e-marketing, social media management – LinkedIN, Goldenline, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, website (managing WordPress), managing end-to-end EB projects (Kanban, Scrum)
