Responsibilities:
- Business partnering to Management Board,
- Supervising financial forecasting and budgeting activities within G&A costs, multimillion business budgeting for Poland, Russia and Kazakhstan (HFM),
- Indentifing and executing financial analysis to optimize business performace
- Improving management reporting - work with Operations and Accounting to more discreetly and accurately track financial
- Designing and leading cost effectiveness projects among the Group,

Achievements:
- Project leader for implementation and development of advanced analytics tool (PowerBI by Microsoft) in Business Finance Department
- Initiator of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation, identification process of potential efficiency improvements (business case for 3 processes - accounting and finance dep. potential saving 3 FTE)

- Ensure control of all commercial financial processes in regards to its adequacy with financial reporting standards and compliance to procedure
- ERP implementation
- Supervising all financial activities in the CEE region. Multimillion budgeting, variance analysis, month closing, results reporting, cost controlling with financial services for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia partners
- Cooperation with local Accounting Offices (implementation of group rules)

Individual role and full responsibility for:
- monthly financial and non-financial reporting of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary to headquarter in France in accordance with IFRS standards;
- Providing business analyses to facilitate decision-making for each country;
- KPIs reporting including definition of source and target values, data collection, calculation and visualization;
- Ensuring correctness of accounting (definition of controlling objects in HFM, accounts examination, etc.) for all CEE countries;
- Monthly presentation of the results to the management;
- Participation in the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Monthly reviewing and analyzing performance in comparison to the budget;
- Ensuring efficient co-operation with external auditors. Providing them with the agreed information and documentation in due time

- Auditing performance for leading international banks: analyses of financial statements; independent valuations of investment portfolios;
- Close cooperation with departments: Compliance, Controlling, Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit, Treasury, Credit, Risk, Sale, Operation;
- Project leading – full responsibility for the complete execution process, managing the work of the whole team (including cooperation with Polish Financial Supervision Authority and other financial regulators, lawyers and/or tax advisors);
- Involved in preparation of Corporate Social Responsibility report for one of the biggest Bank in Poland;
- Involved in due diligence and advisory projects for international banks;

- Assisting in audit assignments performed in compliance with the Polish Accounting Standards (PAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), law and regulations;
- Identification of gaps in controls and making practical recommendations;
- Responsibility for data analysis and overview of formal documentation;

Providing financial training for AIP beneficiary, recruiting staff, business consultancy for the entities cooperating with AIP, financial accounting of the AIP UW;
