• Handled cases (Customer data management) in Salesforce and also maintained basic case hygiene along with following up on each account hierarchy cases and resolved cases without missing SLA’s.
• Got trained on Blueprint project and worked on the same. Also developed my skills on secondary research.

• Update account hierarchies in SFDC using operations such as ‘adding newly created booking accounts (orphan accounts) in the correct hierarchy’, ‘detach account from hierarchy if the hierarchy is no longer valid’, ‘reparent account if it is in a wrong hierarchy.

• Work closely with all data leads to coordinate, monitor and enforce customer data governance policies and projects across Autodesk.
• Upload and maintain Lead’s data in Marketo (Marketing Operation) and Salesforce tools for Webinar and E-mail marketing
• Lead data clean-up campaigns, with a preference to one-time Autodesk remediation over ongoing manual cleansing
