Technology Consulting Financial Analyst
As Technology Consulting Financial Analyst I was responsible for:
- EMEA TSC Delivery and Resource Managers financial support (support of Delivery manager to meet the Aspire targets; monitor and control of HQ costs centers; provide monthly reporting and commentary to the business with breakdown of costs),
- HQ FDE and forecast deviation analysis
- Provide inputs for Budget planning for HP Consulting HQ at the HQ level
- Finance support for Critical Facilities Services EMEA Management
- management of the labour costing centralized model

In January 2009 I moved from General Ledger team to Compliance Unit team. In March I joined Global Promotion effectiveness team as a team member. Project was successfully closed in June 2009 and then I moved from Compliance Unit team to Financial Planning and Analysis team. I was responsible to support Promotion Effectiveness team (tools owner, trainer). Additionally I was supporting Hedging process for NAM and EMEA Sales Reporting.
