Working as a part of Marketing team In Poland I am responsible for:
• Creating and implementation of a marketing strategy and detailed plans for promotion of products dedicated to public schools in Poland to suport sales in the best possibile ways and meet the company’s objectives.
• Responsibility for choice and cost effectiveness of all marketing activities in promotion of products, to achieve a rich and effective marketing mix.
• Coordination of copywriting, design and production of catalogues, sales literature, special lessons, emailing campaigns, facebook entries and promotions, website catalogue entries and other promotional and sales support materials, both in print as well as digital.
• Planning and coordination of author tours, seminars, conferences, webinars, competitions, modearating the webinars.
• Planning and implementation of activities oriented towards customer retention.
• Moderating webinars and presenting the product offer during events.
• Participation in the process of planning and use of market research analysis in product development. Active participation in message creation for public school products.
• Measuring and reporting of marketing activity results in public schools using Salesforce database.
• Close cooperation with the Sales team, Editorial Team and Customer Service in Poland as well as with members of Editorial, Marketing and Digital teams in the UK.

As a European Marketing Meeting Team member working on European Marketing Strategy for the global products, 2017.
OUP Product Launch of the Year 2009 for the product New Sparks, for effective promotion and sales campaign (a team award).

As a part of a company supporting modern aspects of Polish small business development, I was responsible for preparation and implementation of a business certification programme for B2B service enterprizes together with its promotion.

The company is a small Polish publisher of language teaching materials for self-study at home. My role was to create and implement a marketing strategy of a visual line of the brand. I was co-ordinating creation of the communication strategy, including copywriting, design of the covers and promotional materials, as well as selecting communication channels for the publisher while they were starting to operate on the market.

My other role was to co-ordinate localisation of 24 DVD-ROMS containing material supporting Encyclopaedia Britannica for weekly editions of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna Newspaper. The project was performed together with Spanish company Comunicacion Uno, Kurpisz i s-ka from Poland and Axel Springer.
I was co-ordinating the work of a team of translators from English and Spanish into Polish, editors, lectors, a film studio and a sound studio.

As a Marketing Manager I was responsible for tv spots – translation or copywriting and film production, negociation of advertising time and its prices with TV stations and for recruitment and management of a team of 5 promotion representatives who were promoting the products in pharmacies.
I was also responsible for the company development, establishing its operations in Bulgaria and Ukraine, and for the development of the product offer in cooperation with companies from Asia, South America, US and Europe.
I organized participation of the company in industry fairs and exhibitions and represented the company during these events.

From 2003: My role was to start and manage a new department within the company, a team of sales representatives specialising in sales of advertising time and space in the network of cinemas. I recruited four team members, trained them, proposed a bonus scheme and an appraisal scheme for them and managed their work on daily basis.

By 2003: My role was to establish a smooth cooperation between various departments within the company – operations, marketing, IT and finance.
Some of the most important projects I was responsible for included:
Co-ordination of sales of advertising in the cinemas, both on-screen ATL ads and BTL advertising, in liaison with cinema advertising brokers.
Creation, management and analysis of effectivenes of cinema network loyalty program.
Analysis and reporting on operations activity, looking for opportunities for improvement.
Co-ordination of Mystery Shopper programme for the cinema staff.
Cooperation with trade partners and media, taking common initiatives, looking for new opportunities for the company’s development.
Organization of promotional events for corporate customers.
