Daily postings and allocation of multi-currency and cross currency payments,

Managing clients accounts, including but not limited to:
Daily posting and allocations of payments following bank statements inc. multicurrency allocations,
Accounts clearing, debit/credit and customer/vendor offsets
Raising and booking invoices/credit notes
Account reconciliation
Processing customer’s claims/debit notes (price queries, short deliveries, rebates), liaising with sales people to obtain sufficient data to process rebates claims;
Liaising with Collection, General Ledger and Accounts Payable Teams on daily basis (transfers between AR/AP/GL accounts when required), monthly basis
Month and quarter end reports and analysis
Bad Debt amount
Providing information and reports to internal and external auditors
Payments to customers
Direct debit executing
Maintaining and archiving important documentations for audit reasons

I helped searching candidates for vacancies, I was the first contact for information concerning advertised position and I also cooperated with foreign clients translating documents and preparing summaries of our agency performance.

I had the opportunity to learn how a real estate agency works. Including how to draft a buy and sell contract, how they interact with Land Books Court , Notary Office, Town Council and other real state offices. I even participated in estimating property prices and followed up producing the buy and sell advertisements.
