· Coordinating different types of assignments within Company policies;
· Being in charge of transfer – keeping contact with Assignees & authorizing parties;
· Calculating expat payroll and related benefits;
· Preparing contractual documents and assignment letters;
· Ensuring proper communication among all involved parties;
· Specializing in country specifics from EEMA region;
· Taking care of Assignees’successful relocation through Move Coordinator concept.

· Being first contact for all local related matters;
· Approving invoices and expense statements in line with Company policies.
