 Managing projects of new products localization for top of the market clients from IT, Marketing and Asset Management sectors: planning, executing and delivering multiple, simultaneous projects with cross-functional team members based worldwide;
 Defining projects requirements with the clients; constant and close communication with the clients and vendors worldwide;
 Coordinating and managing resources (internal and external);
 Budget and scope change management, monitoring and controlling project financials and deliverables; risk identification
 Preparing projects documentation, invoicing, creating reports and analyses as well as providing regular performance and status reports to the required stakeholders and contributing to status meetings

 Close cooperation with the Project Director. Responsible for preparing monthly business performance reports (clients’ accounts performance, revenue, profit margins, etc.).
 Responsible for all aspects of the project management including project performance audit, project planning, quality, scheduling, booking resources and provision of client status report. Setting up new clients’ accounts.
 Conducting risk assessments of projects and identifying areas for improvement (in the company and the clients’ process).
 Training new and existing members of the team. Co – responsible for employing new team members.
 Managing own team of project coordinators. Ensuring that the team performs in efficient and professional manner in order to meet clients’ expectations and finalize projects up to the company standards, adhering to deadlines and in cost- effective manner.
