• Job posting (career section on Taleo and job boards for students)
• Candidate screening
• Recruiting candidates
• Coordination of medical appointments and health and safety trainings for employees
• Update documentation related to health and safety trainings and medical checks

HR responsibilities:


• Coordination of medical appointments and health and safety trainings for employees
• Updating documentation related to the health and safety trainings and medical checks

Administrative responsibilities:


• Receiving and sending letters and courier packages, maintaining database
• Performing various facility works, e.g. escalating office related issues to administrator
• Organizing and settling of business travels of employees
• Facilitating workshops/trainings and arranging meeting rooms
• Organizing local office events
• All other administrative and/or HR related tasks
