-Planning of production and manufacturing modules in the water filter division
-Determination of the required product mix and factory load to satisfy customers needs.
-Matching the required level of production to the existing resources.
-Scheduling and choosing the actual work to be started in the manufacturing facility.
-Setting up and delivering production orders to production facilities

Support to Site Manager – team support:
- Manage subcontracting companies on 3M plants in Wroclaw
- Cooperate with financial controlling department; cost settlement of the facilities.
- Monitor and managing daily clients` requests.
- Supervised the local canteen.
- Cooperate with subcontracting companies (cleaning, catering services).
- Work on implementation of the Facility Management system Archibus
- Responsible to preserve relationship with clients to understand their requirements.
- Responsible in handling and motivating 20 employees (technicians) in achieving their goals and objectives.
Support to accounts department:
- Daily control and analysis of facility costs – account assignment; fixed and variable costs.
- Control over invoices.
- Prepare monthly reports including variable costs of the facility.
- Collect and prepare data for records and reports.
Archibus/ IBM SAMS
- Active role in implementation and adjustment of Archibus system/IBM SAMS on 3M facilities in Wroclaw.
- Daily management of Archibus/IBM SAMS on 3M facilities in Wroclaw; managing daily requests
- Manage work of technicians and subcontracting companies.
- Prepare Monthly Reports including assessment of the compliance with the contract and with the Service Level Agreement.
- Maintain records and generate appropriate reports.
- Compile and produce statistical information and reports.
