Senior Administration and Payroll Specialist with French
Main duties
• Employee lifecycle administration (i.e. hiring, employee changes, termination processes)
• Supporting French HR Business Partners with general HR administration and ad hoc requests
• Contribution to the development & maintenance of procedures for Payroll and HR Services
• Solving more complex requests of the client related to payroll and personal administration

• Payslip elements control (gross & net income, taxes, insurance, garnishments)
• Co-operation with third parties (insurance providers, courts of law)
• SAP data input
• Hiring contracts and amendment letters verification
• Supporting the call centre team (providing info & answering the requests related to payroll and personal administration)
