Customer Support Representative
TomTom is leading the market in Personal Navigation Devices. I had the opportunity to help the customer support department with the following tasks:
- Resolving technical incidents, based on navigationsystems
- Handling the incidents via phone or e-mail
- Making sure that the customer gets to be well informed about all the functionalities of the bought device

Client Service Representative

The goal of Monster is to bring the Employer in contact with the (future ) employee. I was a member of the Client Service team , and was mainly supporting the Account Managers of Field Sales. Within this job i was assigned a customer base, that needed support and service on a pro active basis. My daily tasks were:
• Identifying and solve a wide variety of issues. Technical and administrative.
• Maintaining relationships with the customer, by contacting them on a pro active basis.
• Guiding employers how to use the products of the website. Provided trainingsessions by telephone, showing step by step how the system works.
• Giving advise how to use jobtext , and making it attractive for future candidates.
• Advising the recruiters how to search for the right job candidate in the Resume Database. The system was complex, my responsibility was to show the recruiters how boolean logic works, and how certain keywords can make a difference in finding the right job candidate.
• Planning the exposure ( banners, skyscrapers etc )
• Creating a exposure scheme, in that scheme i created a timetable when or how the exposure products were planned.
• Creating various reports concerning: Jobads and Banner impressions
• Creating and executing the “Job Clusters/Planning”
• Picking up the needs of customers, and translating them to the account manager.
• Joined visits, these visits were ment to support the account manager for proposal/renewal

Their marketshare in both segments is showing that they stilll are one of the best and trustworthy internetproviders up to this date. After being a normal Sales representative at first, i managed to grow in to a senior sales function, where i had the following tasks:
• Identifying and solving questions regarding internet orders, optional products
• Supervising over a group of 20 persons
• Coaching the agents in using the proper conversation techniques

Eneco Energie is one of the biggest power suppliers of Holland. Here i was working as a customer support representative, and had the following tasks:
• Identifying and solving problems with invoices by phone and e-mail.
• Providing information about various proposals with existing and new customers.
• When customers received a reminder to pay their invoice, i was responsible to make sure that the customer would pay the invoice in time, or providing them with the information about the consequences.
