Accountable for daily support and organizational management of a team 60 employees based in 15 countries and supporting 154 sites. Initiated a major business process review and standardization initiative.

Single interface of Corporate Real Estate and Services function to regional and Global Transformation Program. Leading role in application portfolio rationalization, and architecture simplification effort. Partnered with business stakeholders in advisory and governance capacity around proposed IT investments. Directly managed deployment of Machine Learning solution for corporate translation function. Led the effort of outsourcing support of 160+ Global application to technology partner.
