1st Line Support Engineer
Responsibilities
• Single point of contact between customers and IT department
• Solving IT related problems that the customers face or forwarding the issue to responsible team
• Escalating field service providers for all teams whenever they did not perform on the agreed basis
• Making sure administration of all teams related to the project is up to the standards of the company using OTM, SharePoint and other applications
• Dispatching as well as debriefing field service providers
• Administering the incidents using e-business suite
• Updating the database of the company
• Performing hardware and software troubleshooting
• Supporting Hungary in Hungarian language and Slovenia, Italy, Romania, Croatia and Serbia in English language
