• Ticket handling. Analyzing and providing solutions for technical issues related with eNB and iOMS products,
• Escalating cases to R&D, if SW corrections are required,
• Fault reproduction and corrections' verification,

• Lab maintenance. Integration of new network elements, HW/SW upgrades, troubleshooting in order to fulfill operational requirements of local TS team,
• Symptom saving, detailed traces and log files’ analysis,
• Participating in field activities (acceptance tests, trials, pilot projects, field verification),
• Modeling the behavior of software embedded within LTE Base Station (interface design, message flow definition),
• Splitting of functionalities between software components within LTE Base Station,
• Execution of acceptance/regression tests for new eNB and iOMS SW releases.
