• Preparing relevant documents on the things listed above according to customers’ requirements,
• Monitoring and reporting damage claims and potentially risky situations,
• General supervision and participation in the process of creating and maintaining the correctness of Inbound procedures; (I have been successful in that field),
• Generating internal documents for operating process in the administrative systems,
• Preparing periodical financial reports,
• Instant response to any customers’ requests directly applying to the position held,
• Providing training for newly employed workers, 4 in last two years.

My Idea
Opis projektu
• Promoted to be responsible for Inbound and ISO 9001:2008, instruction upgrade,
• Promoted to be responsible for maintaining and upgrading Inbound process. After my ideas, company saves a lot of time and some money, making warehouse process safer:
o Upgraded unloading card using by warehouse during unloading and Inbound card using by all departments involved in inbound process, (paper version) from two cards to one (paper saving) including only the most important information’s. Make it possible to printing it from our internal system. Decrease time of preparing it from 2-4 minutes to 1-2 minutes. 30 seconds in some cases. Time saving.
o Pallets heavier than 400 kilos are localizing only to E level (levels on the bulks: A-F). Makes localizing process safer to lift operator.
o Upgraded Pick up document using by Traffic and Inbound department. Changed the way of choosing warehouses, disposed of stickers with warehouse addresses to just crossing wrong address and live correct one. Saves around 100 Euro annually. Make it easier to read and use by us and hauliers.
o Prioritizing most important goods in separate orders. Before goods were added to regular orders. Caused goods available much more faster for the client.
o Changing the way of creating documents by suppliers, making Inbound work simpler.
