The scope of internship was optimizing the production process using Lean Manufacturing techniques. The project concerned the area of the warehouse, production plant and supply chain system. Moreover the project involved the use of the following techniques:

• supply chain system management in an international network (China, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark);
• offer preparation and acquiring new B2B and B2C customers;
• marketing activities (building a corporate image);
• technical support on the selection and use of flexible tanks (flexitanks, pillow tanks).

Employment in Chinese civil engineering corporation consisted of:
• translating between Chinese, Polish engineers and Investor (Polish-English);
• translating technical documentation e.g. building permit design; official documents: business contracts, work permits etc.;
• conducting work permit procedure;
• preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with investor, suppliers and subcontractors; conducting hiring process.
