Front Office Team Leader
- Ensuring smooth work of Front Office;
- resolving problems reported by the guest, making sure that guest is treated professional;
- coordination of work (FO staff, bellboys, doorman);
- reporting to General Manager, FOM and Executive Assistant Manager (Rooms Division);
- Taking payments, issuing invoices and making corrections, refunds to cc;
- taking the reservations and placing them in to the system;
- creating monthly report of up sell for Financial Director and Paymaster;
- taking care of main hotel email during weekends and late shifts;

- Coordination of inter-branch cooperation (WSE, FO, HSK, ENG)
- Answering phone calls to the hotel / forwarding to the responsible persons / departments;
- Providing detailed information about the hotel (price / additional services / appearance and availability of rooms)
- Accepting all requests and wishes of hotel guests (restaurant reservations, inf. Tourism, organizing receipts from the airport, organization of individual trips (Warsaw, Krakow, etc., car rental), and their implementation;
- Taking orders from room service;
- Support system. micros-fidelio (Hospitality mangement system)
- Concierge duties
- Support system. StarGuest (reporting of all complaints and requests of guests)
- Answering phone calls to the hotel / forwarding to the responsible persons / departments;
