I lead the team of 20 with discipline and high standards. I ensure the quality and passion for our dishes are met and the growth of the team as Chefs. I oversee the execution of restaurants PM and Brunch services, banquet events and specialty dinners. I guide the Ardovino's personal farmer in the development and planning of everything grown and harvested on the property.

Delegating and overseeing large preparation projects.
Receiving and quality control of daily orders.
Contribute to the Research and development of rotating specials.
Assist and direct PM Sous Chef in preparation of PM service.
