• ensuring all trades are allocated accurately for the clients’ account or Credit Suisse’s house books on a trade day
• close interaction with Traders and other Operations Teams: Middle Office and CSRs,to ensure topday business is cleared and fully performed
• close collaboration with other clearing houses in order to make sure trades are given up /accepted
• replying to the queries from other brokers, CSRs in a timely manner
• monitoring emails incoming from external or internal clients, and also verify that trade recaps and trade confirmations with allocations are checked and actioned
• daily reporting for the capacity model
• monitoring the clearing process, raising any IT issues with the relevant teams to ensure continuity of the process
• identifying need for the change if the procedure in order to reduce manual intervention and reduce risk
• providing support for the other members of the team and training new members of staff
• solving ad-hoc queries
