• Digital communications: successfully launched and effectively developed LafargeHolcim Poland (Lafarge Polska) social media profiles (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, SlideShare, LinkedIn) with growth up to 1300 % within 2 months

Corporate Communications & Marketing Communications Manager

Responsible for managing all communications channels of LafargeHolcim Group in Poland, as well as ensuring their complete consistency, synergy and integrity. In charge of creating, implementing and supervising external (media, KOLs, Clients, PA) and internal (employees) messaging of LafargeHolcim Group in Poland. Works closely with CEO and the Leading Team (Executive Commitee) to ensure complete alignment with LH Group strategy and local business environment.
Scope of duties:
• PR & media strategy: defining and implementing communications programs to build company’s share of voice and brand awareness, cooperation with executive spokespeople on individual media strategy including media training and messaging preparation
• Marketing communications: advertising, direct marketing, branding, packaging, LafargeHolcim online presence, printed materials, sales presentations, trade show appearances, loyalty programs and more
• Digital communications: management and supervision of www.lafarge.pl and LafaregHolcim Poland social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, SlideShare), as well as Google Maps/Google Places online presence of all LH Poland locations (ca 65)
• Events: strategic planning, management and execution of LafargeHolcim internal and external events, presence on industry fairs and events
• Internal Communications: implementing and driving internal communications programs to 1600 employees
• Sponsorships: strategic counsel and execution of sponsorship programs
• Public Affairs: external relations with institutions, stakeholders and organizations
• Team & Project Management: managing internal Communications Team members (5 persons) and multiple external agents to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company's communications strategy
