* Representing the company at Partner and acquisition events, universities etc.
* Negotiation with external suppliers
* Selling the recruitment service internally

* Responsible for all company projects within CEE region
* Close cooperation with consultants and clients
* Creation an individual project strategy for every client
* Reporting
* Different research studies (benchmarking etc.) within CEE and CIS regions
