- Contact with customers, suppliers, forwarders, visitors from whole Europe; close cooperation with Italian market,
- Sales support, especially for Italian and Spanish market,
- Inventory stock adjustments/discrepancies check on daily basis , physical count on selected items on daily basis,
- End of life stock management,
- Sales orders and purchase orders entry, creation of invoices and credit notes,
- Arrivals entry and processing stock allocations,
- Reconciliation of stock inaccuracies,
- Loan units stock monitoring,
- Root cause analyses of inaccuracies and proposing corrective actions,
- Updates of next arrival dates for products in shortage,
- Provides full sales administration,
- Produces and improves management reports showing inventory levels, count results, error categories and root causes of inaccuracies,
- New employees trainings.

- Reconcilation of stock inaccuracies,
- Root cause analyses of inaccuracies and proposing corrective actions
- Contact with customers, suppliers, forwarders, visitors by telephone and in person if necessary to investigate or highlight any inventory issue,
- Control and improvement of warehoue stock integrity to ensure an efficient and effective logistics service,
- Initiates and organizes daily stock checks and wall-to-wall counts,
- Performs ABC analysis of inventories and advises management of related improvements in warehouse lay-out, re-location of hard and slow moving items and change in order picking routes,
- Produces and improves management reports showing inventory levels, count results, error categories and root causes of inaccuracies
