Consultancy and sales of retail products (cash loans, limits and credit cards, mortgages), investment, deposit (investment funds, personal and corporate accounts) and financial services offered by the bank. Preparation and analysis of loan applications. Phone service, on the ground and active participation in marketing campaigns aimed at reaching out to wider customer groups and improving the image of the bank. Office-administrative work, help in shedding new employees, and also organization of working time in a ward.

Retail and business customer service. Financial products and services consultancy and their active sales. Conducting negotiations and acquiring new customers.

International customer service. Active participation any marketing campaign designed to encourage customers to use the products and services offered and promote the brand in the world.
