Process analysis and preparation of quality documentation for new projects: leading FMEA (with an emphasis on the analysis of the critical and special characteristics), the creation of inspection plans, the use of standard quality for the assurance of the quality of products. Validation of the whole process before mass production based on PPAP documentation prepared and sending it on time to the customer for approval. Validation of changes in the process / product during the "life" of the product in mass production and updating of PPAP;
- Trial Production Supervision (trial run). Presence during the production test, analysis of the process, confrontation of the results of the design goals and targets, initiating and overseeing the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Tracking the Client’s Audit. Preparation of the facility for the client’s visit according to his requirements, participation in audits, representation of the plant during audits, analyzing the customer’s comments and initiation of improvements shares, tracking stocks and reporting to the client.
- Internal Quality Improvement. Setting objectives for quality products. Regular analysis of the level of repair (Internal PPM), the level of "scraps" and the entries of QRQC tables. Initiation of corrective and preventive actions. Participation in Line QRQC. Building strategic actions to improve the internal quality;
- Lessons Learned and Quality Plan. On the basis of data collected about complaints and internal quality creation and updating of the Strategic Plan of Quality for each customer.
- Continuous Improvement in Quality. The continuous search for improvements within own work and the work of the whole plant.
