• support in solving the existing quality problems
• Conducting the approval process of new components for series production
• defining the scope of the required quality documentation (ISIR/PPAP)
• Performing audits of suppliers in accordance with Fortaco standards and its clients in accordance with the applicable audit plan and current needs of the Company
Implementation of quality improvement plans of suppliers (QIP) based on:
• obtained results of periodic assessment (monthly / annual) of approved suppliers
• current needs of the company (new suppliers, quality problems)

Support of the Purchasing Department in:
• the process of searching, qualitative evaluation and approval of new suppliers
• implementation of purchase strategies, ie consolidation of the current supplier base, creating a list of critical and preferred suppliers,
• implementation of the audit plan
• the process of preparing a periodic assessment of an existing supplier database
• the process of setting annual goals and overseeing plans to achieve them
Periodic verification of the quality assessment carried out by Fortaco Sp. Z o.o. JL and taking appropriate actions depending on the results obtained
Support for Fortaco Sp. Z o.o. JL in the implementation processes of VA / VE projects
Support of the Quality Engineer in the process of solving current quality problems at suppliers

• Issuing complaints to suppliers, direct cooperation with the supplier.
• Supervising the process of returning faulty details to the supplier and minimizing the time of handling complaints.
• Securing the complete quality documentation before delivery of the prototype part
• Preparation of measurement plans for details, development and updating of the list of critical RTW parts.
• Preparation of material data according to customer requirements (set of certificates / No. of melts based on product structure)
• Analyzing return signals from production regarding quality
• Securing the required measurement documentation for current deliveries.
• Monitoring of preventive corrective actions based on supplier's 8D reports
• Defining the scope of necessary measurement documentation for new projects and current deliveries
• Reconciliation of technical and quality issues with the supplier / Engineering at the NPI stage.
• Support for suppliers in the area of standardization of verification and measurement methods
• Continuous improvement of the quality of supply process
• Coordination of supplier visits - on quality and technical issues
• Initiating the process of updating technical documentation based on feedback from production and from suppliers
• Supervision of the correct course of the process of introducing technical changes in the documentation
• Keeping statistics according to the Group's requirements and reporting results / Supervising the correctness of data in the ERP system.

• Development of control and research plans
• Control and acceptance of the execution, repair and assembly of steel structures and other products in accordance with the applicable procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System, and factory Production Control (FPC) according to EN 1090-1
• Inspection and acceptance of steel structures and other products as well as work of sub-contractors and subcontractors in accordance with the applicable procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System and the Factory Production Control of FPC according to EN 1090
• Issue of documents after the acceptance of products and works and timely completion of quality documentation from Subcontractors, in accordance with the construction schedule, which is binding on the construction site. Supervision of welding works

• Representing the Company towards the Investor, the General Contractor, the User and other participants of the investment process, including also State bodies operating in the field of construction.
