Responsible for legal operations in Hospital and internal acts, preparing and approving contracts with business partners and employees. Negotiating contracts with the National Health Fund. Act as a Board adviser, advise on restructuring process in the hospital. The management controller in all areas according to the act of public finance. Chairman of an ethics committee.

From September to November Hospital Managing Director and a Chairman of Top Medicus LLC (Hospital’s successor) apart from the above-mentioned duties, responsible for the hospital lease process which was successfully completed.
