• Supporting customers and administering account set up and maintenance, supporting internal Sales and Account Management Team with customer requests related to products

• Conducting Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal and Requests for Quotation in our Procurement system tool
• Ensuring department specific policies are followed as well as compliance in our Procurement system tool

• Adjusting the level and timing of deliveries to the needs of the production facility
• Analysis and optimization of inventory levels
• Organization of transportation of goods
• Identification of potential risks for future deliveries

• Customer Support
• Running customer database in the SAP system
• Helping to solve issues
• Technical administration of the e-mail verification process
• Resolving implementation issues in SAP
• Working with internal departments to verify and improve the quality of maintenance of customer service, work organization and time consultants

• Transfer of accounting activities from Poland to Romania
• Training of new employees in the field of Account Payable and Travel Expenses, cooperation with local offices
• Workflow maintenance
• Booking Invoices to the ERP system, Front Office activities

• Supporting AP processes for: Poland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland
