• deploying 5 years workforce diversity model for internal purposes, showing trends and behaviour of two genders depending on age and location what influenced company’s talent management approach.

• reporting automation with VBA under Excel, Outlook and SharePoint platform,
• gathering reports requirements and managing clients’ expectations,
• designing new reporting infrastructure for one of key clients,
• holding full responsibility for reporting processes,
• first line of solving conflicts and escalations,
• controlling data quality in HR systems.

Achievements:
• replacing manual reports with automatic processes saving 40h per month,
• designing and implementing data accuracy project for one of the clients to reach 95% (starting from 63%) of data accuracy in the system by the end of 2014 as a foundation for further analysis and consulting services,
• designing a new invoice reporting approach and integrating it into one coherent process for all 17 countries supported for one of the clients, what influenced the profit increase and improved company’s reputation.
