Hi, my name is Paco, I am spanish-speaking. I speak also some English and Polish. I'm looking for a flatmate.

I'm offering a fully furnished room, it has: a double couch, cupboards, wardrobe and a small desk with a chair (optional). You can see it on the photo.

The flat has two bedrooms and a big common living room (around 30 sqm) with a kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is also quite spacy. The flat is renovated, and fully furnished and equipped, has a washing mashine, refridgerator. There is internet connection.

It's located close to ul. Powstancow Slaskich, the address is Sucharskiego 3. Close to the bus and tram station (well connected with the center).

I'm well organized and outgoing. I work in Warsaw as a teacher of Spanish. I'd rather rent a flat to a male. The price is PLN 700 + electricity, internet, etc (around 100). The room is available since June 1st. Price is PLN 650. Conversations in Spanish included ;)
