Temat: POLAND: New Development / Expansion Project Manager Wanted

A CEE developer is looking for a new development/expansion PM (doesn't have to be an engineer, just experienced in new developments) for a new asset class in Poland.

Right now they're offering a 3-6 months contract (so it's great for somebody who's transitioning out of a job right now or is doing freelance consulting but the offer might go up to full-time in 6-9 months. The candidate would be in charge of mapping sites/existing buildings in Poland that are right for the project and negotiating with local partners, authorities and land owners. This person doesn't need to be full time - a freelancer would fit the role perfectly.

The person should have some salesman in him/her as they will need to get local buy in from numerous partners. This is a new development role more than PM so the person needs to have experience in new project development but an engineering degree isn't a must.
