Chinese Online Clothier VANCL Seeks $100M More

After raising $100 million in funding late last year, Chinese online branded clothing retailer VANCL.com is seeking at least $100 million in fresh capital, VentureWire has learned. The Beijing-based company is one of the next generation of e-commerce sites that investors think has a chance to produce China’s answer to clothing stores like The Gap Inc. Its target valuation is $3 billion.
