Content and Communication Assistant (Polish Native)

DURATION: 6 months
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week

Our partner company is an Event management agency based in city center of Barcelona, Spain. They are specialized in organizing events for international clients (with big concentration on Switzerland). Their offer is dedicated to luxury and business clients who are looking for assistance with organizing conferences, business trips and other special requests. The company is currently looking for a fast learning student who would like to join their team for as long as possible in a fast growing environment.

The tasks are varied:
The tasks are aimed at a profile with a commercial power forward in direct contact with customers locally and internationally.
The purpose of the position is to prepare the presentation and offers for the potencial clients.

* Commercial and communication actions to encourage sales (on different markets, mainly Switzerland)
* Preparing the promotion materials for conferences and events
* Assistance in administrative tasks etc.
* Preparing catalogs for 2015 (hotels, restaurants, transportation companies)
* Website verification

We are looking for:
 Studies: Business / Marketing / Comercial
 Languages: Polish Native + English Advenced + Spanish Intermediate
 Basic knowledge of social media

We offer:
 Remuneration: 400€/month
