The European Finance Management Trainee Programme is a rotational scheme which has had great success in recent years. Trainees will be given a broad scope of responsibility and will be working on projects in:

• Marketing Finance
• Management Accounting
• Audit
• Operational finance

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent academic record
• Fluent in English
• Strong interest in Finance
• Motivated individual looking for rapid career progression
• Commercial acumen
• Keen to pursue an international career
• Demonstrable leadership capabilities

Development

The Management Trainees will follow a structured personal development plan that will include:

• Exposure to all key areas of finance within the company
• Intensive training of management competencies
• Coaching and mentoring
• Sponsorship towards CIMA (the professional qualification in finance management recognised worldwide)
• International assignment during the programme
• Fast-track progression to management
