Our client is a US based company with offices in CEE and UK providing software-based communications platform for any use by voice, video and text conversations.
For the office in Prague we are currently seeking for experienced candidates to join the innovative team to work on highly scalable web applications.

The C++ Developer role encompasses:
• developing and prototyping of disruptive next generation web technologies; creating technical design, programming, documenting, creating unit-tests
• building highly scalable web applications
• working in a dynamic environment on highly visible products, participating in all steps of the product lifecycle -from ideation to production
• working together with colleagues on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process improvements.
• Being advocate for standards, cross-platform, cross-browser development

You have:
• an established background of delivering cutting edge applications
• capability of designing and developing new functionality, as well as consistently supporting on-going maintenance releases.
• a healthy balance of technical muscle and business insight paired with appetite of learning new technologies is something that defines you.


Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• 5+ years C++ experience, ideally with consumer desktop applications and browser technologies (plugins and browser extensions/toolbars, cross platform) on Windows and/OR Mac.
• Multi-threading and Inter-process communication.
• ATL, STL.
• Cross-platform C++ Application/Plugin Frameworks.
• Basic HTML and Javascript.
• Real-time media frameworks, video/audio capture and rendering.
• Developer Studio on Windows, Xcode on Mac.
• Excellent communicator and fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking and agile development environment.
• Good technical, analytical and communication skills.
• Mindset to "deliver before deadlines", strive towards innovation and process improvements.
• Quick learner.
