Our Client, a multinational company working in the Cloud Consultancy sector, is looking for SFDC (Salesforce.com) Consultants, both technical and functional to join their team on a permanent basis, for European and International projects.

As a SFDC Consultant your mission is to work on our SaaS based offerings for the Software and Platform Cloud Computing services. You have to bring successful experience in delivering Cloud strategy services to large organizations and delivery experience in Software-as-a-Service (Salesforce.com), Platform-as-a-Service (The Force) or process as a service. Next to that you also have to bring a solid foundation in Cloud integration and prior hands on experience in IT delivery while being aware of the latest IT trends and innovations.

Key responsibilities may include:
• Lead and delivery assessment activities and diagnostics on the analytics capability of an client
• Participate in the development of strategies, roadmaps and business cases for SFDC
• Participate in the full lifecycle of a SFDC: from gathering and understanding the end-user analytics needs, over functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed technical design, to preparing and executing the functional and product tests before handover
• Build and maintain strong client relationship

Skills:
• Degree with a strong IT affinity/background
• 12 months of relevant working experience on SFDC implementations and Agile Methodologies
• Strong SFDC Process, Administration Development experience
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin > 201, 301, Consultant > 201, Developer > 401, 501, 531)
• Development experience with JavaScript, Apex, HTTP, Java, XML.
• Strong interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements
• Solution-oriented attitude - no challenge is too big
• Leadership experience of small to medium size teams
• Very good communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to make the bridge between business and IT and focus on business value of the IT
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willing to travel

It is advantageous to be Salesforce.com certified but this is not essential.
