Lead Recruiter

Quorum International (Europe’s fastest growing recruitment provider), currently partner with the leading technology vendor, in the delivery of a Managed Service for all recruitment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to join IT leader and lead the delivery of a proactive end to end recruitment service in the Polish, Slovakian and Czech marketplace.

The Role:

Acting as a partner to business leaders and hiring managers, you will:

 establish credibility as their “recruitment expert”
 work to understand their business and plan their recruitment needs.
 set and execute resourcing strategies, to target and attract the best talent.
 manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects, driving these to successful
completion.
 constantly aim to improve the service to the client and candidate’s experience.
 Travel when required


Experience/Ability Required:

 5+ years recruitment experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency with a technology focus.
 Experience of managing the full recruitment lifecycle
 Demonstrable leadership abilities including experience managing small teams
 Knowledge of effective candidate channels/sourcing strategies
 Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to clients.
 Solid understanding of the technology sector and candidate marketplace.
 Experience of working with global corporate organisations.
 Excellent communicator, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
 IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Business English; written and verbal plus local country languages

Needs to be a very mobile personality with the ability to quickly adapt to new environment and circumstances. Very structured working style and perfectly organised. Excellent communicator. Willingness to travel. Can deal with ambiguity.
