Developed first online job portal modelled off of Taleo Business Edition to support new languages in the regions I oversaw. Grew business from start-up with no revenue to multi-million dollars in 2 years. Established regional call centers in Spain, Hungary, India, China, Brazil and Mexico. Developed regional online job portals to recruit internal staff and for clients worldwide. Established vendor relationships with over 300 job boards worldwide and integrated most with our Taleo, SAP and PeopleSoft ERP systems. Responded to all future client RFPs and developed marketing strategy with product and services portfolios. Generated a 35% profit margin for company and 20% cost savings to clients by developing innovative efficient and effective solutions for recruitment delivery. Acquired 4 recruiting companies and assisted clients with global mergers.
